With the start of the New Year, the City of McAllen is launching some new rules on how to make reservations for park facilities.

Park pavilion reservations will now be accepted one year in advance. This new rule only applies to the pavilions. Reservations for the pools and fields will continue to be accepted only three months from the reservation date.

A new $50 damage deposit will now also apply to all pool and pavilion reservations.
