A new border security technology and training center is headed to the Valley.
Local politicians, including Senator Juan Chuy Hinojosa attended a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday. The new center will provide training and allow local law enforcement agencies to better communicate during any type of violence that may arise on the border. The $3.2 million dollar project should be completed in 18 months.
