Bishop Daniel Flores

In Brownsville, Catholics Gathered at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral to welcome the next bishop of the Brownsville Diocese. Bishop Daniel Flores will become the sixth bishop of the Brownsville Diocese and will replace retiring Bishop Raymundo Pena.
