LOWER VALLEY - Customs and Border protection is looking for new ways to improve border security.

Today they launched this large balloon-like device that will provide a birds-eye view along the border.

The device is part of a pilot program that could be used in the future.

C-B-P Officials are still testing the device to work out any potential defects.
