MISSION - Another shooting has left a man in critical condition from a Saturday night shooting on Magdalena street.

Police report that Oscar Alejandro Cantu got into a heated argument with his neighbor and shot him. The victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck and upper torso. Cantu was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Monday and he does have a history of domestic violence. His charges may be upgraded if the victim's condition worsens.
