Nearly a Million Dollars in Cocaine Seized by Port of Entry

Federal agents discovered close to million dollars worth of cocaine at the Hidalgo International bridge.

Immigration and Custom Enforcement agents arrested a man from Kentucky after he tried to smuggle almost 30 pounds of cocaine at the port of entry. The 11 packages were found behind the dashboard of a Dodge Cavalier over the weekend. The driver and a passenger are now in ICE custody for further investigation.
