Motorcyclist Killed by Teen Driver in Mission

Two people are in the hospital after several cars collided on Griffin Parkway in Mission on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the driver of a black pick-up truck hit a red motorcycle, flipping the cyclist in the air several times and landing in the bed of the truck. Instead of stopping and helping the cyclists, the driver of the truck took off and crashed into a utility truck and into two other trucks with the cyclist still in the back.

The cyclist died at the hospital and the accident caused police to close roads between Los Ebanos and Conway for more than three hours.

In a update to the story on the condition of the cyclist who was hit by truck driven by another teen. 18 year-old Alan Triscareno died during transport to the hospital and now the 17 year-old Rogelio Diaz is charged with criminal negligence homicide and with an accident involving injury or death and his bond is set at $25,000 dollars.
