Karen Rosado of Brownsville was arraigned on Monday morning with two counts of abandon  and endangering a child.

She was arrested after a person witnessed two young children inside a running car in the parking lot of a H.E.B. located on Boca Chica. Police found a 4 month-old and 7 year-old child inside the car and they were handed over to a family member as Rosado was arrested.
