Monthly Army suicides reach all-time high in July with 38 suspected

Military Officials  reported these were 38 confirmed or suspected soldier suicides in July. That's the highest monthly count since the army began keeping detailed statistics. The number includes active and non-active duty soldiers in the Army national guard and reserve. So far in 2012, The army has confirmed 120 suicides, Committee the US Military was facing an "epidemic" of suicides. And he said it was in need of improvements in mental health services for active duty and returning troops.
