MISSION- A 53-year-old Mission man was indicted Tuesday for child porn.

The one-count indictment charges Luis Andres Cardona with producing images of child porn, between December 2008 to October of last year.  Cardona is also accused of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl.

If convicted he faces 15 years to life in federal prison without parole.
