The priest reported missing in the northern border city of Neuvo Laredo was found dead.

Manuel Martin, a caretaker hired by the priest, is the main suspect in the case. Jesse Euresti's body was found Sunday on a highway in Nuevo Laredo, along with a mattress that had been taken from his home where he was to retire. A relative reported him missing after he failed to return to Texas from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico last week. A trail of blood was found from the homes garage to the bedroom.
