Mexican fishing boats dock at Port of Brownsville due to rough seas

The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are pretty rough so much so that they've posed a threat to Mexican fishermen out on the sea.

The Port of Brownsville's Director says that about 150 Mexican fishing boats had sought safe  haven in the port. The majority of them requested to pull into Brownsville's ship channel ahead of Tropical Storm Ingrid, over the weekend.

The Coast Guard has been in charge of checking boats in and will work to clear boats back to the water, as they're expected to pull out Tuesday and Wednesday.
