On October 14, 2013 a warrants of arrest are issued out of McAllen Municipal Court for Francisco Javier Muniz and Isaac Torres Muniz for aggravated kidnapping a first degree felony.

Francisco Javier Muniz (La Escalera) is described as a Hispanic male, 35 years of age, black hair, brown eyes, about 5’7” in height, and weighs about 175 pounds.

Isaac Torres Muniz, (El Marranito) is described as a Hispanic male, 30 years of age, black hair, brown eyes, about 5’ 6” in height, weighs about 200 pounds.

McAllen police officers are searching for Francisco Javier Muniz and Isaac Torres Muniz in connection to an aggravated kidnapping on October 12, 2013 and which occurred in the area of 1300 block of South 9th Street.

On October 12, 2013, at approximately 4:48 in the morning, McAllen police officers responded to a call of an assault/disturbance in the area of 1300 block South 9th Street.

The investigation determined that an adult female had been taken by force and she is later located in Edinburg where she managed to escape her captors.

McAllen police Officers are currently looking for Francisco Javier Muniz, also known as Francisco Javier Torres, and as “La Escalera” and Isaac Torres Muniz also known as “El Marranito” in connection to the aggravated kidnapping.

McAllen police Officers have arrested Daniella Marie Hinojosa and was arraigned for Aggravated Kidnapping and her bond was set at $250,000.00 dollars.
