McAllen police have arrested 56 year-old Daniel Montes for indecent exposure and he may face a series of charges.

He has not been arraigned, but police say he was taken in on six counts of indecent exposure, one count of indecency with a child and one count of aggravated sexual assault. The indecency with a child involved a 3 year-old girl and the aggravated sexual assault involved a 5 year-old boy.
