McAllen Housing Authority At Full Capacity For Almost A Year

MCALLEN - The McAllen Housing Authority  helps people pay rent and find housing. They do this through two programs, a voucher program and a public housing program.

But the problem is there is no more space for new applicants, they are at full capacity. And unfortunately they have been at full capacity since January.

News Center 23 Reporter Erin Murray explains how it got to be this way and how the problem doesn't look like it will be going away any time soon.
