Three men are looking at marijuana possession charges after Edinburg Police found a distribution ring from their home.

Jose Angel Garcia, Juan Zarsoza and Placido Ramos were arrested by the Edinburg Police's newly-formed Vice Unit.  Investigators found more than 600 pounds of the plant in the home along with packing material.

It's suspected the marijuana was meant to go off to different parts of the state.

All three are facing second-degree felonies. Judge Terry Palacios placed a $150,000 bond on the three men.

"This is a nice neighborhood," Edinburg Police spokesperson Oscar Treviño said of the home's location. "The people that live there work hard for what they have. They work hard to have their kids in a good environment where they can be outside and play and feel safe. I'm sure it's a shock to them to see that criminal activity is taking place at their next door neighbor's home."
