Marc Rosenthal placed on house arrest

Just days after being ordered to jail for the remainder of his trial, Austin based attorney Marc Rosenthal, has been granted a 24 hour a day house arrest and be monitored by GPS. Rosenthal is being tried in federal court in Corpus Christi on thirteen counts of corruption related offenses tied to former district judge Abel Limas case. Prosecutors claim Rosenthal exchanged money for favorable rulings in Lima's courtroom.
