Pharr police arrested and charged a man for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The thief, caught on tape at a health club, pretends he is on his cell phone and walks around the front desk counter and grabbed a set of keys. The suspect, along with another man, left in a 2007 Mazda owned by a Border Patrol agent. Frank Perez was arrested for the theft of the car and had a bond set at $5,000 dollars and the second suspect remains at large.
