PORT ISABEL - There will be no possibility of parole for 47 year-old Quelan Nolasco Herrera who was convicted of a first degree felony.

Herrera was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the sexual assault of a minor. The 10 year-old girl told her parents and sister back in mid-February that she had been sexually assaulted by Herrera and Port Isabel police were contacted immediately.
