RIO HONDO — A 4th man is going to prison for the murder for hire death of Rio Hondo teacher Sonia Perez.

Perez was found dead in her van in March of 2011 and on Monday Gabriel Apolinar Escalante pleaded guilty in the plot and will serve a 30 year prison sentence. Perez's husband will go on trial next month after he placed a contract on her life to collect her life insurance money.
