Edinburg police say Julio Cesar Hernandez went to the home of his ex-girlfriend on Thursday night and kidnapped her at gunpoint.

Police went to the home of Hernandez and were able to find the woman and arrested Hernandez. He was given a $200,000 dollar bond and charged with aggravated kidnapping, deadly conduct and burglary of a habitation.
