New details on the man charged with the murder of Brownsville resident Barry Horn.

The Cameron County District Attorney's office is now announcing that 20 year-old Ernesto Martinez was indicted by a grand jury for the capital murder of Barry Horn. According to the indictment, Martinez intentionally caused the death of Horn by stabbing him with a knife. Brownsville police found Horn's body at his home on October 24th and Martinez remains detained at the Carrizalez-Rucker Detention Center.
