As we reported a 23 year-old Rolando Saucedo is being held on a million dollar bond for allegedly breaking into a girls home and having sex with her on Monday.

Police say the two had some sort of relationship for two months and that Saucedo has a history of sexual abuse charges. Saucedo pleaded guilty to having sexual relations with another minor in Laguna Vista back in May of 2005. A judge gave him deferred adjudication, meaning if he stayed out of trouble, he'd face no jail time.

Two years later, in September 2007, he stopped reporting to authorities so the DA's office asked a judge to lock him up when they caught him in March 2008. A judge decided to have him take a polygraph test and scheduled a hearing that kept getting delayed. That hearing is now set for October and Saucedo's been out on a PR bond.

The DA's office says this is why they wanted him locked up last March and he'll be back in court on Tuesday.
