The grand jury found Miguel Angel Alvarado with two count of aggravated robbery, one count escape, once count evading arrest and enhancement count because of two prior convictions. Police claim the April crime spree started on the 5th when he robbed and attacked a construction worker leaving him unconscious in the closet of a home under construction.

He then hit San Miguel Jewelry store leaving the owner bleeding on the ground. After his arrest sheriff deputies say Alvarado escaped by switching bracelets with another inmate being dismissed. Police caught him two days later.
