Man enters Stripes store with screwdriver demanding money

Edinburg Police need your help in finding a suspect involved in an aggravated robbery at a Stripes store.

The robbery happened took place early Thursday morning at the Stripes convenience store on the 4400 block of Highway 107 in Edinburg.

Lt. Oscar Treviño of Edinburg Police says the robber entered the store armed with a screw driver and demanded all the money from the cash register.  The clerk handed him $65.00 and then called police.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 30-years-old, 5'6, and 180-lbs.
