Man dies at Edinburg grain mill

EDINBURG, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — The accident that happened at the Azteca Mill Tortilla Plant.
Edinburg Fire Department says arrellano was working inside of the Silo.
They say the facility is required to have confined-spaces permit, but failed to obtain one.
Which means the company should not have allowed arrellano to be inside of the Silo.
Firefighters had to drain the massive container to recover his body.
Azteca Milling L.P. has released a statement in regards to the incident that took place at it's Edinburg, Texas facility on February 21, 2013 saying,
“Our hearts and prayers go out to the family during this most difficult time. We are continuing to work with local, state and federal investigators to determine the exact cause of this tragic accident.”
