An October accident blamed on a man accused of drinking and driving claims the life of a second person.
Yamily Mendoza died Friday in a San Antonio hospital after spending more than three months trying to recover from the October 26th car wreck that killed her sister, Yanely.
State troopers blame the overnight wreck on drinking and driving from James Edward Pearson who was arrested and charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter. Now troopers plan to review medical records to press another charge of intoxication manslaughter charge for Yamily's death.
