A man from Santa Rosa is under arrest after McAllen police say he sexually assaulted a minor he met on a popular social network site.

Billy Joe De La Fuente was charged with indecency with a child on Tuesday. Police say he met the child on MySpace and the teen reported to police that Fuente had inappropriate sexual contact with her. Fuente's bond was set at $75,000 dollars.
