A teenage father is accused of beating his newborn baby to death. Tonight the teen is behind bars on a one million dollar bond.
Police say 17-year-old Israel Avila is being charged with capital murder for the death of his one month old son Marcos Avila. Despite being rushed to two hospitals, the child died Monday afternoon.
