A 51 year-old man is accused of throwing a chair at this wife and assaulting his daughter on Monday evening at his home.
Beham Khajeh was arrested for punching his wife and then throwing a lawn chair at her. He also pushed his daughter during the incident and was charged with aggravated assault and assault.
