HARLINGEN - Police arrested 18 year-old Andrew Lawrence Garcia after receiving a 911 call from an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Velvet Oaks.

When police arrived at the location they found an 18 year-old female with several bruises and lacerations at the hands of Garcia. Reports also indicate that Garcia had threatened the victim with a crowbar. Police arrested and charged Garcia with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
