In Brownsville, Jose Antonio Vallejo-Limon is behind bars for raping an elderly woman.

Vallejo-Limon is charged with a first degree felony of aggravated assault of an elderly and disabled person. The 38 year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a 72 year-old bed ridden woman at her home. Police say Limon had been helping the elderly couple with work around their home and the woman's husband discovered Limon in the act.
