A burglar caught on tape sits in a jail cell now and charged with three counts of burglary of building.

42 year-old Jose Acosta was charged with those three counts and his bond was set at $90,000 dollars on Wednesday afternoon. Police released a store surveillance video in late September showing Acosta inside a Radio Shack store on north Ware road which lead to his arrest.
