Man arrested for criminal trespassing at Harlingen restaurant
HARLINGEN, TX (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Police arrest a man for criminal trespassing after he uses profanity on a fast food employee when he is asked to leave the premises.
At midnight on Thursday, August 29th police were called to the Jack in the Box restaurant, located on the 1400 block of W. Tyler Avenue, in reference to a unwanted man at the business.
The caller informed police that the man used profanity when he was asked to leave. He was described as a white individual wearing green shirt and shorts and walking on down W. Tyler Ave which the responding officer was able to locate.
The officer questioned the man, identified as Jeffery Lynn Wall, 49, who had been warned, back on March 9th, from returning back to the Jack in the Box location.
Wall had an outstanding warrant and he was arrested and transported to jail.
