BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — Border Patrol agents report that Jose Cabrera-Pastor swam the Brownsville ship channel to get his bundles of marijuana across to the U.S.. side but was detained by agents. He was handed over to San Benito police was charged and has an ICE detainer against him.
