A roof and an uprooted tree lay in front of the home of Griselda Zuniga caused from the strong winds.

"This is your roof right here? Yes, my roof was all the way over there like two blocks away." said Zuniga.

Zuniga shows us the inside of her home.

Inside the home you really get a good idea of how strong these 60-65 mile an hour winds are right now we are in bedroom as you can see there is no roof on top."

Zuniga was laying on this bed when the storm hit.

"I saw the roof fly, I had all the sheet rock on me." said Zuniga.

During the storm Zuniga says was also worried about her sons.
Three of her sons were not home but one of them Vincente was in his bedroom.

"One of the walls in my room fell on top of my son."

Medics check out Vincente and said he was ok.
Two of her sons were unable to go to school today.

"The small one could not find his shoes and the other one clothes are all wet."

For now Zuniga is trying clean the debris and salvage what she can. At night the Red Cross is putting the family up in a hotel.
