A judge said Lindsay Lohan is in violation of her probation.
Lindsay Lohan had to make, yet, another court appearance in Los Angeles Wednesday.
She had violated the terms of her probation for stealing a necklace from a jewelry store and the judge was not happy.
The same judge whose sentence for Lohan last May included 60 days of community sentence over the next year said Lohan was not progressing toward completing the sentence.
Lohan's attorney made the same request she's made before, asking for another chance.
The judge stuck by her decision, though, to revoke Lohan's probation although the actress was expected to post bail and not spend time behind bars between now and her next hearing, November 2nd.
