A senior citizen is busted for cruising the Harlingen streets looking for young teens and giving some of them alcohol.
Harlingen police arrested and elderly man for doing something, you wouldn't expect of someone, that age.
Luring teens in with treats and porn.
65-year old, Eugenio De La Rosas is now being charged with four counts of enticing a child.
Four counts of harboring a runaway child, and one count of purchasing and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Harlingen police went to De La Rosa's home in Lyford and arrested him on nine outstanding warrants.
Cops say, De La Rosa picked up four minors, under the age of sixteen, without the consent of their parents.
While with De La Rosa, officers say he fed them food, gave them booze and candy.
But that's not all, he apparently exposed them to pornographic materials too.
Harlingen Police Sgt. John Parrish says, the minors were both male and female.
He says, if kids are looking to learn about sex and alcohol, they need to turn to their parents, not strangers.
Parrish says the teens did not report any kind of sexual misconduct while with De La Rosa.
This case is still under investigation.
His total bond is set at $7,500.
