A blessed vision, appears in a pecan tree and now one family believes it's a message from God.
A pecan tree, rooted , in the Garcia family's backyard, has been growing high, for 40 years, but just last month , something new appeared in the bark of that tree and the Garcia family say it's a sign from heaven.
The Garcia family's faith is growing, all because of a religious vision in the tree bark.
77 year-old, catholic, Oralia Garcia says a tree knot resembling, Our Lady of Guadalupe, miraculously appeared and residents are coming from all over to catch a glimpse of this spiritual image. Wheelchair-bound, Belinda Ayala, says she came to pray for her health.
The Garcia's set up a shrine with rosaries, and prayer candles, surrounding their faith filled vision. Late last week, Christ the King Church, Reverend Juan Pablo Davalos, blessed the tree.
The family, welcomes all in the community to come out and pray beneath the tree. The Garcia's address is 338 Hortencia Blvd, off of Southmost Road.
