One teenager says he has a problem trying to get into the Federal Courthouse.

16 year-old Xavier Lozano says he goes to the Cameron County Courthouse often. Lozano says he likes to sit in trial to hear the different types of cases and he has also been sitting in on cases at the Federal courthouse. In fact, he has been there five times, but on his sixth try, court security officers told him, he could not enter the courthouse because he is a minor.

Lozano says he talked to a supervisor at the courthouse and unfortunately for the teenager, that is the rule. He will not be able to sit in on any more federal cases unless he is with an adult or turns 18,
