Valley gas prices are peaking at almost $3.69 a gallon and still rising as summer comes around the corner. Folks we caught up with, say, they're no longer filling up their tanks. They say bu putting less money in, they're actually feel their budgeting their cash, a little better.

They say it's a psychological thing, that by spending less, they actually feel like they are saving, but in the long-run, the harsh reality is, they're probably not.
