A passport fair was held in Brownsville, but the turnout was not as strong as other fairs.
About 20 people signed up to get their passports at the Cameron County Court House on Monroe street until 3 pm. If you filed your passport application today, expect to have your passport in 5 to6 weeks.
The next two passport fairs will be May 17th at the Cameron County Social Service Center and Santa Maria and Blue Town Family Learning Center from 9 am to 3 pm.
