McAllen Attorney Representing Child in Polygamy Case

By Mark Nino

One Valley lawyer, has ties to one of the children taken into custody, by Child Protective Services from the polygamy compound.

McAllen attorney, Johnathan Ball is representing a 7 year-old boy, who was living on the raided polygamy ranch near San Angelo. Ball says, he's voluntarily, representing the child, who has four other brothers. He's fighting to get his client back with his family.

Ball says, there's a court hearing to meet with protective service case workers, later this month. At that hearing, he says, lawyers will negotiate, to try and get these kids, out of foster facilities and back with their families.
