The Texas primary election is a little more than a month away. Colonel Rick Noriega is a candidate for U.S. senate on the democratic ballot in March.
He is visiting 17 cities in three days as part of his campaign and he visited Brownsville yesterday morning. He was greeted by family, friends, and local politicians. Noriega has served five terms as a state representative totaling 10 years in office. He hopes to make changes if elected as a U.S. senator.
