UPPER VALLEY - It's been a week since the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il who suffered a heart attack last Monday.
His death ended years of oppressive rule, but it is raising questions as to how his son will lead the country in the future. One local McAllen resident, Key Lee, said, "He was a criminal and brutal ruler, I hope that there is some change with his son. I hope he has a better understanding of what their regime did." Kin Jong Il was the Supreme Leader of North Korea for seventeen years.
