Members of the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Days Saints are still mourning the loss of two missionaries. They were killed in a hit and run accident Tuesday night. A third person was rushed to hospital. He was the only survivor.

Elders Trevor Strong and Derek Walker were part of an extensive missionary program. Where young men and women voluntarily leave their homes to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. The men could've gone anywhere in the world but they ended up here in the valley.
The men came to the valley to spread blessings and help others develop faith. Other missionaries say the tragedy wont steer them away from spreading their word.

Most missionaries travel on bikes the valley and even though this mission ended in tragedy, the church says studies show it's safe voluntary work.
