The following list contains Valley school districts that have delay school start times or announced campus closures due to the inclement weather predicted for Wednesday, January 29th.

Brownsville ISD: All employees and students are to report to school and offices by 10 a.m.

University of Texas at Brownsville: The campus will be closed for business and all classes until noon.

Harlingen CISD: School start times and bus routes will be delayed by two hours on Wednesday.

IDEA Public Schools: Campuses will experience a two-hour delay on Wednesday. School will start at 9:45am and morning bus pick-up times will be delayed by 2-hours.

Donna ISD: Secondary Classes will begin at 9 a.m. with elementary classes at 9:30am (Morning Pre-K) will be picked-up with morning elementary route and will remain the entire day (afternoon Pre-K will be cancelled). Campus staff will report at 8:30 a.m. with Central staff at 8 a.m. Bus routes for secondary schools begins at 7:30 a.m. and elementary schools at 8:30 a.m.

McAllen ISD: School start times will be delayed with elementary classes starting at 9:20 a.m., middle school classes at 9:30 a.m. and high schools at 9:45 a.m.

Mission CISD: School start times will be delayed for elementary classes starting at 9:15 a.m. and junior high and high schools starting at 9:45 a.m. School buses are expected to be delayed up to an hour and half.

Edinburg CISD: High school and middle school classes with begin at 9 a.m. with bus routes starting at 8 a.m., elementary school classes beginning at 9:30 a.m. with bus routes starting at 8;30 a.m.  All ECISD staff will report to work at 8:30 a.m.

Edcouch-Elsa: All classes will begin at 9 a.m. for PK to 12 and bus routes will be delayed by an hour with staff reporting at normal time.

Hidalgo ISD: Classes with start at 9 a.m. for junior and high school students with bus routes beginning at 8:20 a.m. Elementary classes will begin at 10 a.m. with bus routes starting at 9:15 a.m. and staff to report to work at regular time. *Parents may leave their children at school beginning at 7:30 a.m.*

Ignite Public Schools: All classes with start at 9 a.m. at all Valley campuses.

Incarnate Word Academy Brownsville: Employees and students are to report to school at 10 a.m.

St. Luke Catholic School Brownsville: Students - 10 am; Teachers - 9:30 a.m.

St. Mary's Catholic School Brownsville: Students - 10 am; Teachers - 9:30 a.m.

South Texas Christian Academy: Classes have been canceled for Wednesday.

Episcopal Day School Brownsville: Students - 10 am; Day Care 9 a.m.

Harmony Science Academy Brownsville: Students - 10 am; Teachers - 9:30 a.m.

Immaculate Conception School in Rio Grande City: Classes will start at 9 a.m.

La Villa ISD: High School and middle school classes will begin at 9 a.m. with elementary classes beginning at 9:30 a.m. Bus routes start at 8:30 a.m.

La Feria ISD: All classes will begin at 10 a.m. with a delay of two hours for the buses from the regular scheduled route.

Lasara ISD: The start of classes has been pushed back to 10 a.m. with bus routes starting at 8:45 a.m. and staff reporting to work at 9 a.m.

Lyford CISD: All classes start at 9 a.m. with bus routes beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Monte Alto ISD: Classes begin at 9 a.m.with bus routes starting at 7:45 a.m.

NINOS Inc. Head Start:  Will begin center operations at 10 am on January 29, 2014.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School in Mission: All classes will begin at 9:15 a.m.

Our Lady of Sorrows McAllen: All classes will be start at 9:45 a.m.

South Texas College: All classes and officer hours, including Hidalgo and Starr County, will be delayed until 10 a.m.

South Texas VoTech: The campuses in McAllen and Weslaco will begin classes at 10 a.m.

Santa Rosa ISD: Elementary classes will start at 9 a.m., junior and high school classes at 9:30 a.m. and bus routes beginning at 8 a.m.

San Benito CISD: Classes delayed by two hours.

San Perlita ISD: All classes to begin at 10 a.m.

St. Anthony's Catholic School in Harlingen: Classes to start at 10 a.m.

Regional Academic Health Center: Harlingen and Edinburg campuses will open at 10 a.m.

Raymondville ISD: All classes will start at 10 a.m. with department heads reporting to work at 8 a.m. and teachers at 9:15 a.m.

Rio Hondo ISD: Classes will begin at 9 a.m. with bus routes starting at 7:30 a.m.  and staff reporting at 8:30 a.m.

Rio Grande City CISD: Elementary and middle school classes with begin at 9;30 a.m.  with high school classes at 10 a.m. and staff reporting to work at their regular time.

Vanguard Academy: All classes for its Pharr and Alamo campuses have been canceled for Wednesday.

La Joya ISD: Classes for elementary students will begin at 9:30 a.m. with bus routes starting at 9 a.m., middle school classes begin at 9 a.m. with bus routes starting at 8:30 a.m. and high school classes beginning at 8:30 a.m. with bus routes starting at 7:30 a.m.

University of Texas Pan American: Will delay opening until 10 a.m.with classes beginning at 10:45 a.m.

South Texas Independent School District: Have closed ALL five of theirSouth Texas Independent School District campuses and central office for Wednesday, Jan. 29. Classes will resume at the normal times on Thursday, Jan. 30.

Livingway Leadership Academy and Jubilee Leadership Academy: Staff are to report tomorrow at 9:30am and students at 10:00am.

Harlingen Leadership Academy and Destiny Leadership Academy: Staff will report at 9:30am and students at 10:00am.

Texas Southmost College: Offices and classes will be CLOSED until 10:00am on Wednesday
