WASHINGTON - Julian Zapata Espinoza, the accused killer of ICE agent Jamie Zapata, was in a District Court in Washington to face charges.

Espinoza was extradited to the United States from Mexico and was charged with murder and attempted murder on Wednesday. Mexican police say he gunned down agent Zapata in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and wounded ICE agent Victor Avila.
