Jury Finds Former Border Agent Guilty of Murder

HIDALGO COUNTY - A Hidalgo county jury found former Customs and Border Protection officer Jose Guadalupe Elizondo guilty of murdering a nightclub owner.
The jury deliberated for several hours on Monday morning before reaching a guilty verdict in the fatal shooting of nightclub owner Fermin Limon back in August of 2010. Elizondo was sentenced to twenty five years in prison.
