A jury will continue deliberating for a verdict in the trail of a Harlingen Police Captain accused of sexual harassment.

Former Harlingen police officer Alicia Garcia filed a lawsuit against Captain Ramon Vela back in August 2006 claiming that he had made unwanted sexual advancements at her. Garcia also claimed that when it came time for a promotion, Vela retaliated against her for turning down his advances and turned down her promotion.
